Delivery times

Delivery times within Germany are typically 2-3 business days. For orders from Switzerland and other EU countries, delivery times are typically 2-6 business days. Delivery times may vary within the EU and depend on the destination country.

Return

After receiving the products, you can cancel your purchase and return them to us within 14 days. Please contact our customer service team by email. We will then provide you with all the necessary information and a return form to make the return process as easy as possible.

Delivery within the EU

Within the EU, all prices include statutory VAT and any applicable customs and import duties. There are no additional charges.

Deliveries to third countries
