1. How do the sizes fit?

Our products are cut wide to accommodate modern streetwear looks. A detailed size chart can be found on each product page. We recommend checking it before purchasing to ensure you choose the right size.

2. How does a return process work?

If you are not satisfied with a product or would like to exchange it, please contact our customer service via email. We will then provide you with all the necessary information and a return form to make the return process as easy as possible.

3. When are returns processed?

After receiving your email, returns will be processed chronologically. We will do everything we can to process your request promptly and respond to you as soon as possible.

4. Where are the products manufactured?

Our products are carefully manufactured in Turkey. The final printing and finishing takes place in Germany, specifically in Bavaria. This allows us to guarantee the highest quality and precise workmanship.

5. How long is the delivery time?

Delivery within Germany is usually 2-3 business days. For orders from Switzerland and other EU countries, delivery is usually 2-8 business days. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible so you can have your items in your hands as soon as possible.

6. Delivery within the EU

Within the EU, all prices include statutory VAT and any applicable customs and import duties. There are no additional charges.

7. Deliveries to third countries

For deliveries to non-EU countries (third countries), additional costs such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price. We will not reimburse these costs. Please check with the relevant authorities in your country in advance.

8. When are returns processed?

9. What to do in case of production errors?

If your product has a defect or manufacturing error, we are very sorry. Please contact our customer service immediately. We will find a quick and straightforward solution to ensure you receive a flawless product.

10. Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay securely and conveniently using the following payment methods:

11. How do I care for my products properly?

To ensure you enjoy your garment for a long time and maintain the print quality, we recommend a few care instructions. Use a mild detergent and avoid lead or other harsh cleaning agents. Wash the garment inside out at a maximum of 30°C on a gentle cycle (easy-care). Do not iron on the print. Ideally, air dry the fabric and do not tumble dry.
